Perovskite Electronics

Perovskite structured materials, most commonly a hybrid organic-inorganic lead or tin halide-based material, have attracted a great deal of interest for their diverse optoelectronic applications, including solar cells, photosensors, lasers and light-emitting diodes because of their suitable, direct bandgap with large absorption coefficients and minimization of trapping states, as well as their excellent transport properties.
