Carbon nanomaterials refers to nanoscale carbon allotropes represented by graphene and carbon nanotubes(CNTs). Due to their superior physical and electronical properties, carbon nanomaterials are very promising candidates for next generation electronic devices. We are working on the development of graphene utilized transistors and sensors for various electronic applications.
